Whiting

Trying to trace any descendants of Louis Whiting who lived in Woodton from 1881 ti 1901 at least. Can't trace his death or those of his sons Louis, George, Frederick, Nicholas, Bertie William, Armand or August Edward [aka Teddy]. My grandmother was one of his daughters. Any new information on any of this family would be welcome.

Lord, Lloyd, Loyd

I am at present researching my family tree. I am directly descended from Henry Lloyd who was born in Woodton around 1786. His wife Mary came from Bedingham. They had a number of children who were born in Woodton before the "tribe" appeared to move to Bergh Apton. The surname is variously spelt as Lloyd, Loyd and latterly Lord. Many of the family became police constables moving within Norfolk and Northamptonshire. Are you a Lord? Loyd? Lloyd? descended from this area. If so I would love to hear from you

Rushmer, Horne

I am doing a family history and I am looking for info regarding the Rushmer family from Woodton.....The name I am looking for at present is John Rushmer born in 1775 Woodton , he married Ann Davey from Kirby Bedon in 1780 at Woodton her parents were Enoch Horne and Sarah ? Any info would be most welcome .
